Premier League: Newcastle 2-0 Arsenal

Arsenal came home empty-handed from their game against Newcastle after losing 2-0. Newcastle beat all the odds, handing their rivals a defeat. Arsenal pleased their fans the first time out with a 2-0 home victory.

Both went back to the changing rooms at half-time without scoring. Arsenal 's White scored an own goal in the 55th minute. Bruno Guimarães sank the ball into Arsenal 's net in the 85th minute. Newcastle secured a 2-0 victory.

Newcastle have 46 points and are 12th in the league. Newcastle are sitting on nine points in their last five games.

Arsenal are fifth in the league with 66 points.

Next week sees Newcastle and Arsenal play on Sunday, with both sides kicking off at 17:00 against Burnley and Everton. Newcastle will be travelling, while Arsenal play at home.
